-o- Welcome to my little part of Pagan Heart -o-

I am 43 years of age, and I live in Lancashire. I have three beautiful daughters, the eldest of whom is about to spread her wings and fly the nest.

I have been a single parent for most of my adult life. There have been times when I have found this to be very difficult, and times when it seemed like the easiest thing in the world.

At the time my ex husband and I separated, I was a member of a Methodist Church in the town where I live. Imagine how it felt when not one member of my ‘community’ ever contacted me again to find out how we were, whether we needed any help etc. It was from this point on that I began to reconsider my spiritual beliefs. I would now consider myself to be a solitary pagan. I do not follow any rituals or attend any meetings, but I am at peace within myself. I am not trying to do things that other people expect of me. Rather I try to do my best on a day to day basis, to help, encourage, nurture and love the people I come into contact with.

This world is a beautiful place, full of wonderful surprises and everyday miracles.

I hope that whoever you are, you find your own sense of peace and contentment.
